A God of War Ragnarok user has created an incredible video montage to highlight the gameplay mechanics and combat mechanics of Kratos’ new adventure. God of War Ragnarok ranks among the top-rated new games of all time, beating Elden Ring in 2022.
God of War Ragnarok also received awards at the end of 2018, just like 2018’s God of War. God of War Ragnarok took home awards at The Game Awards. Fan now creates a montage showing the combat mechanics of Ragnarok.
Reddit user Much118 shared this video which shows Kratos beating a variety of enemies using all the tools available to him in combat. The video features Kratos using the Blades of Chaos and Leviathan Axe to defeat his foes. Much118 has focused on Runic Attacks that are available in God of War Ragnarok to the Leviathan Axe or Blades of Chaos. This is mixed up with regular attack moves that each weapon user can unlock. Much of the video’s music is synced, with a fan claiming it to be the Brothers of Blood track in God of War3.

Spartan Rage, which Kratos uses to make the video more favorable, is a mechanic that players can use to turn the tide. God of War Ragnarok offers three types of Spartan Rage: Fury; Valor; and Wrath. Each category has its unique benefits. Fury allows players to go into a state in which they can unleash different attacks upon enemies. Each hit heals them slightly. Valor is defensive and gives players an extra amount of HP. Wrath deals large damage to enemies and charges them with the weapon they have.
